SHIPPING REGULATIONS AND RESTRICTIONS

Orders are shipped on business days only. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding Colombian national holidays. Deliveries are not made to post office boxes, only to physical addresses. Shipping costs are not refundable. Due to logistical difficulties when making shipments to certain remote areas, Industrias El Galeón reserves the right to cancel the order. The customer service area will notify the cancellation as soon as possible after receiving the order.

In the case of returned shipments due to the absence of the recipient or for any other reason attributable to the recipient, reshipping and other costs caused by the return will be borne by the Customer.

SHIPPING TIMES


Shipments are made between 1 and 5 business days from receipt of purchase. If the product is not available and it is not possible to deliver it within 5 business days, the customer will be immediately notified of the time in which the product will be ready for shipment. The customer must accept in writing if he/she waits the reported time for delivery, or if he/she prefers to exchange the purchased product for another one that is available.


SHIPPING METHODS NATIONWIDE

For purchases over COP$70,000 within Colombia, shipping is free.

Industrias El Galeón uses the largest and most reliable shipping companies in Colombia such as: Servientrega, Coordinadora, Envía, Inter Rapidísimo to name a few. Once the order is shipped, the customer will be notified of the name of the shipping company and the tracking number so they can track their order. Industrias El Galeón is not responsible for any delays that may occur in transit times to the delivery address.


SHIPMENTS FOR INTERNATIONAL PURCHASES

Industrias El Galeón makes international shipments through DHL and Fedex.

For orders over USD 250 shipping is free.

The shipping cost depends on the country to which the order is sent as well as the total weight and volume of the products to be sent. To quote shipping costs, after placing the products in the shopping cart, continue with the payment process. Orders will be shipped according to our shipping times and the customer will be notified of the carrier and tracking number for tracking. Delivery times and problems that may arise are not the responsibility of Industrias El Galeón. These delivery times vary and depend on different variables during transit to the destination country, customs clearances, etc. The value paid at www.blumart.co includes the value of the products plus the shipping value. Taxes, surcharges, additional fees, and other expenses in the destination country will be assumed by the client.


INTERNATIONAL BUYERS:


When the order arrives in the destination country, it is subject to customs clearance procedures which could cause delays in normal delivery time. Remember that it is possible that customs in your country may charge taxes and surcharges, and that the transport company may charge customs clearance costs, which must be assumed by you. Possible delays in receiving the products may arise for different reasons such as delays in the transit of the products to the destination country and customs inspections. The customs of each country are an independent official entity; It is not common, but sometimes customs offices delay product inspections at their discretion.

Delivery to remote cities: For international shipments, if the city or town of your residence is not a major city in your country or is located in a remote area, your order may take a few days longer than the normal shipping time.
