Blum Art is a registered trademark of Industrias El Galeon, a family jewelry workshop in Bogota. That is why our email carries the El Galeon name and our phone starts with +57. We would rather show you the real company than hide behind a U.S. front.
Every piece is designed, cast and hand-finished in that workshop, then shipped to your door with DHL or FedEx and tracked the whole way.

How much is shipping to the U.S.?
A flat $20 anywhere we ship in the U.S., and free on every order over $150. The full amount is shown at checkout before you pay. Shipping policies
How long until it arrives?
Your piece leaves our Bogota workshop in 1 to 5 business days, then travels with DHL or FedEx. You get a tracking number by email the moment it ships.
Can I return or exchange it?
Yes. If the size or the style is not right, the first exchange is on us. Write to us with your order number and we will set it up. Return policies
What if something breaks?
Every piece carries a 3-month quality warranty. We repair it or replace it, handled by the same workshop that made it. Warranty
