How do I take care of my jewelry?
To care for your Blumart jewelry, store each piece in its original packaging to prevent them from rubbing against each other. Put on your jewelry after getting dressed, and remove it before exercising, bathing, or going to the beach. Do not use chemical products to clean your jewelry.
To avoid discoloration, keep your jewelry away from perfumes, hairsprays, creams, lotions, and cosmetics. Occasionally, clean your jewelry with a soft polishing cloth, gently rubbing the surface.

How do I find my ring size?
At Blumart, our rings have an adjustable diameter that fits from size 5 ½ to 8 ½. You will find a size guide within each product description.
What materials are Blumart jewelry made of?
Blumart jewelry is primarily made of metals such as pewter and bronze, with either 24-karat gold plating or silver plating. A detailed description is provided for each product.
How do I use a discount coupon or gift card?
When you proceed to the “Shopping Cart,” you can enter your discount coupon or gift card by typing the respective code into the “DISCOUNT CODE OR GIFT CARD”
What is the validity period of a Gift Card?
Gift cards are valid for 1 year from the date of issue.
ORDERS & SHIPPING
How can I place an order?
You can place an order through our online store at www.blumart.us. Select the products you wish to purchase, add them to your shopping cart, and follow the indicated steps to complete your order
Where do you deliver your products?
We deliver our products throughout Colombia and internationally. Our showroom is currently located near Jardin Botanico at Calle 63A #70-41, Bogotá, Colombia.
What are the shipping costs?
For purchases over $100 USD, international shipping is free. Otherwise, shipping costs vary depending on the recipient’s location. You can check specific costs during the checkout process on our website.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Orders are shipped within 3 to 5 business days after purchase confirmation. If the product is not available and cannot be delivered within 5 business days, the customer will be immediately
Can I place multiple orders in the same day?
Yes, you can place multiple orders on the same day in our online store.
Do you have a product reservation system?
We currently do not have a product reservation system. We recommend completing your purchase as soon as possible to ensure the availability of your desired items.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
How much time do I have to return or exchange a product?
If the customer wishes to cancel a purchase, they must do so within 24 hours from the time the order was placed. Please note that even if the purchase is canceled, the amount will still be debited from your account and will be refunded within 25 business days following the approval of the withdrawal request by Blumart.
Withdrawal requests or claims must be submitted via email to blumart@galeon.co or WhatsApp at +57 300 590 9577 no later than five (5) business days from the delivery date of the order.
What should I do if the product I received does not match what I ordered?
The customer must send images of the incorrect product to blumart@galeon.co, indicating the reason for the claim in the subject line of the email, within 48 business hours of receiving the merchandise. Once our Customer Service department receives the required documentation and verifies the information, within 72 hours we will issue the corresponding shipping label so that the product can be returned to a designated collection point of the carrier chosen by the customer within Colombia.
What should I do if my order arrived incomplete?
If the customer receives an incomplete product, the following procedure must be followed to validate the claim.
Within two business days of receiving the order, the customer must contact Customer Service or the sales advisor who assisted them to file a claim for the missing piece. Once our Customer Service department receives and verifies the claim, a response will be provided within three business days. Depending on the case, the missing piece will be shipped or the customer will be asked to return the incomplete product.
If the customer does not file the claim within the indicated timeframe, they may still exercise their right of withdrawal through our website, subject to the terms described in this policy.
What is the warranty period for my products?
Our quality warranty is valid for 3 months. Customers must follow the care recommendations provided on this website, on our social media channels, and on the tags and packaging accompanying each item.

The following procedure must be followed to validate the claim:
The customer must send images of the defective product along with the invoice number to blumart@galeon.co, indicating the reason for the claim in the subject line. Within a maximum of 15 business days, the customer will be informed whether the warranty applies. If approved, the customer must ship the defective product, at their own expense, to Industrias El Galeón, Calle 63A #70-41, Bogotá, Colombia, Tel. +57 300 590 9577.
Once the defective product is received, within 15 business days it will either be repaired and returned, or, if repair is not possible, a new product will be sent.
The warranty does not apply if product components show damage caused by contact with corrosive acids or other chemicals, seawater, swimming pools, mishandling, misuse, or failure to follow product care recommendations. Warranty claims are not accepted for products exceeding the three-month warranty period.
