Return Policies

Return policies apply only to products sold directly by Industrias El Galeón through the Site (web page www.blumart.co, WhatsApp line, our social networks and email). The return policies described here do not apply to products purchased from third parties.

It is recommended for return shipments that the products are properly packaged to avoid damage in transit and that they are sent through recognized carriers.


GENERAL CONDITIONS FOR A WITHDRAWAL


By law, purchases made in non-face-to-face means, such as Internet sites and telephone sales, are subject to the right of withdrawal. If the Customer wishes to cancel the purchase, he/she must do so within 24 hours from the time the purchase was made. If the order has not been shipped to the address indicated by the Customer, this cancellation will be effective at no cost. In the event that the order has already been shipped by Industrias El Galeón to the address indicated by the Customer, the Customer must pay the cost of the return shipment. In addition, the Customer must take into account that even if he/she has canceled the purchase, the money will be debited from his/her account and will be paid within 25 working days after Industrias El Galeón approves the withdrawal request. The retractions or claims must be requested through the mail blumart@elgaleonltd.com up to five (05) working days after the delivery of the order.

The product must not be damaged or deteriorated by actions corresponding to customers. The product must have the original labels, sales invoice, accessories and packaging (including manuals, user guides, warranty certificates, etc.). The product must not show signs of use, dirt or wear.


RETURN CONDITIONS FOR WRONG PRODUCT


In case the customer receives a product with different characteristics than what is described on the page at the time of purchase, the following procedure must be carried out to verify the validity of the claim. The customer must send the images of the incorrect product to blumart@elgaleonltd.com, indicating the reason for the claim in the subject of the email, within the next 48 business hours of receiving the merchandise. Once the Customer Service area receives the required documents and the data is corroborated, within 72 hours the respective guide will be sent so that the return can be made at a collection point of the transport company chosen by the customer. Client within Colombia. Once the return process has been completed, the reordering will be carried out so that the customer receives the product with the characteristics initially purchased. If the client does not send the requested images, they may apply for the right of withdrawal directly through the page, considering what is described in this policy. The components of the product must not show damage caused by contact with corrosive acids or other chemicals, due to poor handling and must not show signs of use of the product.


CONDITIONS OF CLAIM FOR MISSING PART


In case the customer receives an incomplete product, the following procedure must be followed to verify the validity of the claim. Within two business days after receiving the product, the Customer must contact Customer Service to file a claim for the missing part of the product. Once the Customer Service area receives the claim and the data is corroborated, within three working days, a response will be given to the Customer. Depending on the case, the missing part will be sent, or the Customer will be asked to return the incomplete product. If the Customer does not file the claim, he/she may apply the right of withdrawal through the website, in accordance with the provisions of this policy.





MANUFACTURER'S QUALITY GUARANTEE


The quality guarantee is for 3 months. The customer must take into account and put into practice the suggestions for use of the products which you will find on this website, social networks and on the labels and packaging that accompany each item.


RETURN CONDITIONS FOR WARRANTY


The following procedure must be carried out in order to verify the validity of the claim. The Client must send the images of the defective product to blumart@elgaleonltd.com indicating the reason for the claim in the subject of the email. Within a maximum of 15 business days, the user will be informed whether or not the guarantee applies. If proceeding, the customer must send the defective product at his own expense to Industrias El Galeón at the address Calle 63A # 70-41 Bogotá-Colombia, Cel 3005909577. Once the defective product is received, within 15 business days following the date of receipt, the repaired product will be sent, if the repair is not possible, a new product will be sent. The warranty will not apply if the product components present damage caused by contact with corrosive acids or other chemicals, sea water, swimming pools, due to mishandling or misuse, or by not following the recommendations for use of the product. Products that exceed the warranty period of three months are not accepted as guarantees.


REFUNDS


If a refund must be made, it will be made in the following manner: From the business day following the acceptance of the refund by Industrias El Galeón and the customer, Industrias El Galeón will have up to 25 business days to make the refund. When the refund is approved, the customer can choose between these methods: Voucher or Coupon: This voucher is valid for one year, is not cumulative and must be used in a single purchase. Bank deposit: To receive the money in the bank account, the account holder must be the same person who made the purchase at www.blumart.co. Reversal to credit card: Refunds made by this method cannot be partial, only the total amount of the order will be refunded. 

In the case of orders that were shipped, shipping costs will not be refundable.
