How long does delivery take in the U.S.?
Your order leaves our Bogota workshop within 1 to 5 business days and travels with DHL or FedEx. For an order placed today that means arrival around Oct 28 to Nov 4. You receive a tracking number by email as soon as it ships.
Will I pay customs or import duties?
The total you pay at checkout covers the product and the shipping. Any import duties or taxes applied by U.S. customs are not included in that total and are the responsibility of the recipient. Most orders of this size clear without additional charges.
Is it safe if I have sensitive ears or skin?
Yes. Our pieces are nickel-free and lead-free and are finished with a cataphoretic lacquer, which is exactly what makes them hypoallergenic. If you normally react to costume jewelry, this is made for you.
Will the gold tone fade?
The protective lacquer is there to prevent it. Keep your piece away from perfume, creams, chlorine and salt water, put it on last when you get dressed, and store it dry in its pouch. Treated that way the finish stays bright far longer than standard plating.
